“Talking with Patti helped me when I was in a very anxious place. In twelve weeks, I went from feeling stuck and worried about short- and long-term plans, to being excited about what the future has to offer.
We had one session in person and the rest were held over Zoom. The weekly conversations served as a reminder to look after myself and measure my progress. Patti was very understanding and easy to talk to, making me feel comfortable in sharing what was on my mind. We could then discuss what was causing these feelings and how to manage anxious thoughts.
Overall, I feel I’m in a much better place after my sessions with Patti and believe I have learned the skills to maintain a healthy mindset and manage any anxieties that I still have.”
