I want to thank you for helping me at a difficult time. Our sessions were the very first turning point for me in starting to conceptualise my relationship with my partner and how it was affecting me. I went into those sessions thinking I was going to talk about him and all his problems (as I usually did with people). But you turned the focus back on to me and put me in the spotlight, something which I had forgotten how to do by that point. Without being heavy handed, judgemental or paternalistic, you encouraged me to think about myself, think about my boundaries and my well-being. I will be forever grateful for your support during this time and, undoubtedly, it helped me to do what was best and move forward with my life.
